123Loadboard.com Launches New Tool To Help Brokers Locate Additional Capacity

123Loadboard.com finishes the year strong with yet another great new tool to help brokers and shippers located additional truck capacity. "View Clicks" is now available for all load posting accounts and provides the broker or shipper the ability to see who viewed/clicked their load.

“We are all excited to offer a valuable tool to our load providers at no charge. It's a definite win-win for everybody as owner-operators will be getting many more calls to fill their trucks.” said Loarn Metzen, VP of 123Loadboard.com™.

The "View Clicks" feature is located within your load management page (ie. My Loads). The new column is called "View Clicks". By clicking the expand (+) icon, you will see who clicked your load(s).

Once you expand the row, you can see the company that clicked/viewed your load along with their phone number, insurance on file, authority, rating/rank and most importantly age (ie. how long ago did the member click/view your load).

Keep in mind that our system only displays the most recent companies (max. 5) that viewed your online load. Users can opt-out from being contacted. This may reduce the number of results versus view clicks.

123Loadboard.com is weeks away from launching their greatly anticipated Android App. The App will allow members and non-members to search for loads and fill their trucks. Mileage, credit and rate check data will be made available at no charge.

Final testing and improvements are being made to our Android App.

ScoopMonkey rating and review system on 123Loadboard.com

123Loadboard has partnered with ScoopMonkey, a leading online reputation management source for the transportation industry. The partnership integrates ScoopMonkey’s review and rating system with 123Loadboard.com, giving carriers, brokers, and shippers easy access to feedback ratings similar to eBay’s feedback system.

As a member of 123Loadboard you can now easily review companies. This is very good news for the good guys, and not so good for the not so good guys. Prior to doing business with a company you are unfamiliar with, check them out on ScoopMonkey. While you’re at it, keep an eye out on your own reputation.

1/ Improved Pickup Date Calendar
We have updated the calendar so that you can now easily select multiple dates to find loads. Simply click on and off to select/un-select dates.

2/ Improved Load Browsing and Load Actions
Easily browse between previous and next loads using the arrow buttons. Add notes, save or even hide loads by selecting the available actions next to the 'Call' button.

3/ After-Call Load Feedback
Our app now allows you to let us know if you successfully hauled the load (ie. contracted a deal with the broker). If you choose 'YES' the load will be automatically saved in your 'Saved Loads'. If you choose 'NO', you can let us know why not and we'll improve the quality of our loads to better suit your needs.

4/ After-Call Prompt Settings
Easily disable/activate after-call prompts and auto-hide functionality.

Rate Check information (if available for the equipment type) provides users with the average State-to-State rates for the specified lane. Transportation professionals can target where they want to haul freight based on the dollar amount generated by specific routes. This allows them to negotiate better rates to increase their profits.
